Ivy Hall is licensed for 59 residents, and is a three level structure, with amenities such as a movie theater, ice cream parlor, physical fitness center, library, and ceramic-tiled courtyard perfect for outdoor activities and family get-togethers. The apartments feature seven floor plans with 15 unique looks that offer many choices to residents. These units range from 317 to over 745 sq. ft.
