The Little Flower is located in Charlotte, the “Queen City” and largest city in the state of NC. The Little Flower was originated by an area catholic church, and continues to offer a chapel for religious services on campus, and well supported by the church even though owned by Premier Senior Living now. Little Flower offers a quaint and cozy country-like setting and is licensed for 49 residents, and apartment styles offered are private, deluxe private, and companion.
Designed to feel like home, The Little Flower is a moderately priced assisted living residence for seniors who wish to maintain their individuality in a residential setting. Residents are encouraged to furnish their suites with familiar furniture, cherished belongings, and personal photographs. Our wrap-around porch, courtyard, cheerful nook lounges, and cozy living room provide a variety of settings for socializing and enjoying those golden years.
The Catholic Distinction:
Named in honor of Saint Therese of Lisieux, who was known as “The Little Flower”, our residence and staff are dedicated to the belief that we must cherish those lives which have grown in wisdom through the passage of time. Although, the Diocese of Charlotte plays neither financial nor managerial roles in our community, it is very supportive of our philosophy and spiritual programs which include regular Mass and Communion services. And, while both our chapel and our artwork are Catholic in orientation, The Little Flower is open to all seniors who are appropriate for assisted living regardless of their religious preference.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
For the past two years until her death on 2/1 1/10, my mother, Marjorie B. Tibbetts, was a resident at The Little Flower. In my opinion, she could not have been in a better facility to live out her life.
She was loved by your staff and she in turn loved them. She thrived being with you, The loving care you and your wonderful staff provided her will never be forgotten. They were kind, dependable, caring. They treated her with dignity and always showed respect for her throughout her declining mental and physical abilities.
The atmosphere at The Little Flower was always friendly and encouraging with staff always reaching out to her so that she would feel included in various events and activities. Our family marveled at how all staff members continuously performed at a high level of care throughout the days, weeks and months. As I mentioned in my thank you to staff, Mom Tibbetts frequently said, " This is the best place I've ever lived". She was very happy at The Little Flower and was enriched by her many friends on the staff and her fellow residents.
You and your staff have worked hard to make it such a special home for all who work and reside there. I know our entire family would highly recommend The Little Flower to anyone seeking an assisted care facility for their family member.
Thank you again for everything!!
Sincerely and with lots of love,
Mike Tibbetts ACSW. CSW And Hospice Volunteer
