Sandpiper Rehabilitation is our newest therapy option located in a secluded, private wing of our skilled care community. Sandpiper Rehabilitation offers state of the art equipment which allows us to provide the services you need to achieve your goal of returning home to an independent level of functioning. We are boldly responding to the need in the Charleston area for an extended, intensive therapy setting.
Sandpiper Rehabilitation is for those customers who need:
- Extensive Therapy before returning home
- Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy for all orthopedic injuries and procedures
- Stroke recovery and strengthening
- Head injury and neurological patients
- Speech Therapy
- Recreational Therapy
Other services at Sandpiper Rehab & Nursing include long term nursing care; respite care; and hospice and end of life programs. Sandpiper Rehab & Nursing is a licensed and certified center participating with most private insurance and third party payment carriers and plans.
