Lawn care, utilities, appliances for kitchen, washer and dryer, and maintenance are provided. Choose from one or two bedroom cottages. One level floor plan, life call system, fire safety system, garage, and mail box available, as are trips to medical appointments if desired. Assisted Living is the perfect environment for seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living ranging from medication management to bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and more. Three nutritious meals provided daily, along with many fun activities including bingo, exercise, arts and crafts, sing-a-longs, outings to eat and shop, etc. A caring staff is on duty 24 – 7, and apartments are climate controlled, with call bell system, fire safety system, and many floor plans to choose from. Premier also provides many levels of care to meet specific needs, while continuing to promote independence and choice.
A special environment for seniors who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of dementia. Specifically designed activities are available as well as smaller environments and quality care similar to that of assisted living, but going a step further allowing residents to still enjoy quality of life within their own range of cognitive functioning. Usually, there is a higher acuity of care needed, and more staff available to provide the care.
TRANSITIONAL CARE/REHABILITATION
Available to seniors and younger adults who are recovering after surgery for broken bones, etc. on a short term basis. Focus is own intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services offered 6 days per week with the goal of returning the patient back home.
SKILLED NURSING
This service is for those who need the attention of nursing staff and certified nursing assistants 24-7. This care goes beyond the services that an assisted living can provide for the clinically complex.
