Dear Corporate Offices of Premier Sr. Living,

The new Director Keith seems to be doing a great job at St.Ives Memory Care getting plumbing repairs & needs solved for the room my Mother was in.

She is in a great room right now that is very enjoyable in many ways, wish & hope she can stay in the room 222, that they kindly moved her to.

I just noticed today Director Keith also added very nice interior design additions to screen in porch rooms for residents & their loved ones to enjoy.

I believe this added a lot of good interest for everyone. Teresa also does a great job for all & has been wonderful job since she started there.. Thank you.

We appreciate your fine company & St.Ives & Ivy Hall.

Have a great weekend & week.

Memory Care and Compassion

St. Ives Memory Care has been serving residents in Alpharetta and the surrounding areas for 17 years. We have established deep roots as a result of strong professional relationships and excellent family satisfaction.

At St. Ives it is our mission to foster a sense of security for our residents and families. The rocking chair porch welcomes you and invites you to sit and visit awhile. Once inside the quiet décor, soothing colors and comfy common areas reassure you that life at St Ives is not an ending place. It’s a place where residents live their lives to the fullest, with the support and encouragement necessary to maximize their independence, while ensuring their needs for assistance and watchful oversight are met.

Our maximum occupancy of 39 apartment community allows us to maintain very personalized approaches to care. Staff is Dementia Care Certified.  Activities designed specifically to meet our residents social, intellectual, physical and spiritual fulfillment, 7 days a week.  The individual service plans incorporate a full complement of services including daily activities planned to engage the mind, feed the spirit and nurture the soul.

In addition to the entire building being secure for entrance and exit, our Reflections neighborhood offers a smaller secured area for residents who may wander or have progressed to the latter stages of the disease process and benefit from a more condensed environment in which to navigate. St Ives is able to offer a continuum of care that enables a resident to transition from one milieu to another based on their disease process.

We also understand that family support and education is an integral to the successful navigation of memory impairment. We not only serve as a resource for services and information, but ensure that families have multiple opportunities to connect with their loved ones in memorable and meaningful ways.   At St Ives we believe that lives change because we care!
