President and Chief Executive Officer
Mazy Sehrgosha is the Co-Founder and CEO of Premier Senior Living. Prior to Premier Senior Living, Mazy had extensive experience in healthcare, high technology, and venture capital funding and operations for over 25 years. An entrepreneur at heart, he helped start and grow a number of startups. He was Senior Vice President at Nexwave Inc, a European technology start-up company where he was instrumental in raising over $25M in venture capital funding. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Iridigm Technology, a San Francisco start-up that raised over $55M in venture capital financing and was sold to Qualcomm. Mr. Sehrgosha spent over 14 years with Philips Electronics in various senior executive management roles. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Utah. Mazy serves as a board member and advisor to a number of startup companies.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Matt Nizibian serves as CFO for Premier and oversees accounting, budgeting and financial aspects of the entities managed by Premier. Matt joined Premier in 2005, with 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Premier, Matt was a partner at Andersen and Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants where he was head of the Audit and Accounting Department and partner in charge of their Petaluma office. Prior to Anderson and Company, Matt was a manager at Arthur Andersen in their San Francisco office. He has been an active member of the community serving on a number of charitable and non-profits organizations. Matt received his bachelors in accounting and finance from Sacramento State University.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Eric Hadley came to Premier in late 2005 with significant management experience in healthcare and senior living. Eric has served as CEO/Administrator in both acute and post-acute healthcare settings, including hospitals, sub-acute facilities, CCRCs and nursing facilities. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Gerontology, Eric is well versed in program development and operational and reimbursement improvement. Active and Board Certified in both the American College of Healthcare Executives and American College of Health Care Administrators, Eric is responsible for operations of all senior living communities.
Regional Vice President of Operations
Gregory Thompson joined the Premier team in November 2005 and has significant experience in the senior living industry, including his most recent position as Regional Director of Marketing and Community Relations with one of the country’s largest assisted living management companies.
Director of Technology & Facilities
Trae Brown joined Premier as a full time team member in January of 2006, after providing services to Premier as an independent contractor. Trae brings a wealth of knowledge regarding technology systems, hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure in voice and data.
Director of Clinical and Quality Programs
As the key Clinical expert, this function coordinates consistent care thru Resident Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses across all operations and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, with the ultimate goal of overall risk mitigation and the identification and implementation of best practices.
Director of Human Resources
Sandy joined Premier Senior Living in 2017 with responsibilities that encompass all HR functions including benefit management, recruitment and retention of all staff, staff education and compliance of all company policies and procedures.
Chief Accounting Officer
Upon graduation from James Madison University in 1995 with a Bachelors of Business Administration, Stacy worked for the public accounting firm KPMG, LLP, Carilion Health System and Kendal at Lexington, a CCRC in Lexington, Virginia.
Director of Organizational Improvement
Serving as interim leadership and responsible for organizational improvement, Michael has credentials as both a licensed administrator and nurse.
Corporate Legal Counsel
Stephen L. Johnson is legal counsel and compliance officer for Premier Senior Living since 2004, where he guides the team in general legal direction, contract review and compliance and legal matters.
